More about the Setka
The Setka’s pad is designed and produced by Carbon in the USA using Digital Light Synthesis, a 3D-printing process that allows precise control of density and flex. The front is softer, to take pressure off soft tissue when you’re riding low. The rear is firmer, for support when you’re climbing.
Underneath is Bjorn’s carbon shell, with a triangular reinforcement pattern and carbon rails that are inserted into reinforced slots instead of being glued. The whole saddle weighs 137 grams.
It’s a traditional shape, 250 mm long, which Bjorn recommends for road, gravel and XC. We’ve fitted it to Factor, Parlee, Sarto and Mosaic builds, a few of our own among them.
