Now Riding: Our Fall 2026 Café Menu

See what’s pouring now the mornings have finally cooled off and the pumpkin is back in the sauce

The monsoon has packed up, the first rides of the season no longer need a sunrise start to survive, and the café board at Regroup has turned a shade of orange. Fall in Tempe is what the rest of the country calls summer — which makes it, by our reckoning, the best riding of the year. It also means pumpkin.

This season the board leans into it. The Pumpkin Spice is the headline: espresso, milk, a pumpkin sauce made in-house and a dusting of cinnamon — no pump, no apology. Earl Grey arrives two ways. As a latte, with house Earl Grey syrup under a vanilla cold foam; and as the Sparkling Earl Grey Soda, which is bergamot, bubbles and a splash of cream, and tastes out of this world. For the matcha faithful there’s the Vanilla Maple Matcha Latte — matcha, milk, house vanilla and maple — for the mornings that are cool enough to want something warm and hot enough by the end to wish you’d asked for ice. In October, that’s most of them.

The favorites haven’t moved. Maple Date, Iced Brown Sugar, Iced Cola Americano — all still here, and still what most of the Saturday ride orders. The Peanut Butter & Banana Toast is the fastest way to recharge after railing it in the paceline all morning. The syrup shelf has swapped summer’s orange and strawberry for pumpkin and Earl Grey, both made in-house, so the seasonal drinks are only the start of what you can do with them.

Ride further, order warm, sit outside for once. See you soon.
