The Parlee Ready-to-Ride Build Program
As a premier Parlee retailer, we can ship select models to your door - fully assembled, tuned, checked, and ready to ride. When you place an order with us, your Parlee frame and its respective components fly from the brand's headquarters in MA to our store in Tempe, AZ, where we assemble, inspect for quality, and fine-tune to your unique specifications. Typical turnaround time depends on where in the USA you're located, shipping times, and the general who-ha that sometimes causes delays in building custom bikes. Usually, we anticipate a new bike at your door in less than 3-weeks. But if you're planning a trip or have a hard deadline, send us a note, and we'll do our best to get it to you ASAP!
THE FINER DETAILS
NOTHING TO HIDE
Every Ouray frame is designed by Parlee’s engineers and made by hand in Portugal, one at a time. Each ply of carbon is placed so the frame needs no filler, cosmetic layers or bonding agents, which is why Parlee can also offer it in raw carbon under a coat of wax. Your bike is then assembled in the US, to your fit.
REAL ROADS
The sloping top tube and dropped stays add compliance for all-day comfort, with more lateral and torsional stiffness to carry speed. Where the Ouray shines is its composure: it holds a line across broken pavement and stays calm in a corner. With clearance for tires up to 40 mm, you can run wider rubber for comfort or grip.
A BETTER FIT
Five frame sizes, each with its own geometry, and a cockpit, crank length and seatpost matched to you. Parlee calls it the best-fitting bike out of the box. Bicycling named the Ouray its 2025 All-Road Bike of the Year.
