Unveiled at the 2025 MADE show in Portland, Oregon, the Mosaic RT-Zero is the first release from the brand’s new Zero Ops division, dedicated to advanced titanium design, fabrication, and integration. As much a statement of intent as it is a frameset, the RT-Zero leans into Mosaic’s new subtractive CNC machining method and a reimagined finish and ride feel that sets the tone for the next stage of Mosaic’s journey. More about the RT-Zero
The RT-Zero introduces a series of precision CNC-machined titanium components — including a one-piece UDH dropout, bottom bracket plug, seatmast and seatstay collar — designed and made in-house. These parts support the integration of a D-shaped carbon seatmast section and custom topper, bringing a plush new level of refinement, stiffness and finish quality to Mosaic’s road line. The frame also incorporates a tapered headtube and a T47 bottom bracket with full internal routing for clean, modern cable management.
