Like the brand’s other ‘Italia’ framesets, the Racemax Italia is made at the company’s HQ in Bergamo, Italy, and utilizes 3T’s proprietary filament winding and RTM technology to create a best-in-class carbon fiber frameset.

With its rear-wheel cut, narrow headtube, bottle shielding downtube and aero profiles across each tube, the 3T Racemax Italia is tuned for speed in turbulent conditions.
Integration that adapts
One of the interesting design concepts demonstrated by the Racemax Italia is its approach to cable integration. As 3T notes, running cables internally is neat, but it can lead to design compromises and difficulties for the user down the line (excuse the pun). 3T’s MORE Integrale system attempts to circumnavigate the compromises that arise through integration by using the same headtube shape for internal and external cables. Further, you can even make small height adjustments to the MORE Integrale without disconnecting or resizing the brake hoses. You can even swap MORE Integrale stem lengths without disconnecting and bleeding the brake hoses. For those looking to ride further afield, the MORE stem can be removed completely for travel without disconnecting the brake hoses.
