In case it isn't obvious, we love speciality coffee. But the beverage that bookends our rides is only the end result of the help and advice of a long line of people. We're infinitely thankful for the relationships we've fostered with our partners and patrons since opening our doors here in Tempe, Arizona in 2016. From our regulars, to our seasonal visitors, to those visiting Regroup for the very first time, we thank you for spending your time and hard earned dollar with us. BrewingLed by the talented husband and wife duo Eric and Kat, Phoenix's Mythical Coffee is a purveyor of accessible, speciality coffee. With a love of stories infused into every batch, Mythical roasts its flavorsome beans in full awareness of the people and communities that harvested them. If you haven't yet had the pleasure of a Mythical brew, we encourage you to come and taste the telling difference of a handcrafted, hyper-local cup of coffee.
RoastMythical uses the Loring Smart Roast S35 Kestrel, which, amongst other innovations, includes its ultra-clean technology. With the included afterburner, coffee is roasted without discharging any smoke or odor, allowing ultimate adjustability.

Our unique patisseries, sourced from legendary local partners like Chacónne Patisserie and Noble Bread, are the perfect complement to your favorite beverage.
PastriesChacónne Patisserie, led by chef extraordinaire Mark Chacón, takes the Phoenix pastry game to an all-new level. With a rotating selection of Mark’s favorites, you can be sure of trying something new and delicious every time you Regroup.
Small SurprisesFrom seasonal toasts to our infamous GOAT bagel, we make a surprisingly large number of items from scratch despite being a small shop. Keep an eye out for our seasonal specials made with local ingredients.

SLAYER ESPRESSO
An espresso machine made in Seattle? At Regroup, we slay all day.
AN ESPRESSO STORYWe knew very little when we started researching espresso machines in late 2014. We made the usual rounds to a host of Italian producers and almost went with a La Marzocco until we stumbled upon the original Slayer Espresso machine. Slayer was still a tiny company then, yet the design, precision, and functionality that founder Jason Prefontaine put into the machine blew us away. Plus, Slayer designed and made its machines in Seattle, WA, USA. We were sold. Since we made our first latte in late 2016 with the machine, we've since upgraded to the Slayer Steam X, and in 2017, we traveled to Seattle for the first time, taking a multi-day course on servicing the machines and became a reseller of the Slayer line. So, if you're considering a Slayer for your cafe, kitchen, office, or restaurant, we'd love to talk with you about custom designing a machine to make your espresso dreams come true.
