Tipping the scales at only 1740g, Oiz is one of the lightest XC frames in the world. That low weight is a testament to the advanced materials Orbea engineered for the chassis, utilising the highest manufacturing standards out there. Orbea cleverly integrated the Oiz's handlebar and stem, a thoughtful cockpit move that allows for cleaner lines, lower weight, more direct cable routing, and improved steering accuracy.

Orbea's MP10 dropper post offers 100mm of travel and full control over saddle height, not a static two-position limit. What's more, the clamp is compatible with all saddle rail systems. The best part is that the whole setup weighs in at a tidy 419g.

The Orbea Oiz's design centers around 120mm of race-tuned suspension. The Oiz's suspension profile exhibits a high level of anti-squat and a slightly regressive suspension curve that resists pedalling forces at the start of the travel, where you spend more time climbing. Orbea engineered the Oiz with a steep seat tube and lower stack to put you in full control of your ride. A longer reach, designed around a 60-90mm stem, offers stability on the descents while maintaining a weighted front wheel for attacking the climbs and corners.
